Refund policy

Valune is a brand operated by VALP Corp, a SAS with capital of €100, registered under SIREN 108 559 204, VAT number FR27108559204, based in Cabrières, France. Contact: contact@valune.ch

1. Right of withdrawal
You have 60 calendar days from receipt of your order to return a product, with no need to justify your decision.

2. Return conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must be:

• in its original condition, unused
• in its complete packaging (box, accessories, instructions)
• accompanied by the order form or proof of purchase

Any product that is incomplete, damaged, or clearly used will not be accepted.

3. Return procedure
Before returning anything, contact us at contact@valune.ch with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and a return slip to include in the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

4. Refund or store credit
Once the returned package is received and approved, you may freely choose between:

• a full refund to the payment method used for the order, processed within 5 to 10 business days
• store credit of an equivalent amount, valid for 12 months on the Valune store

5. Defective product or delivery error
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or one that does not match your order, contact us immediately at contact@valune.ch with supporting photos. In this case, we cover the return shipping costs and proceed with a replacement or full refund, according to your preference.

6. Non-returnable products
The following cannot be returned: unsealed products for which return is not possible for hygiene or health reasons.
