1. Seller identification
2. Scope
These general terms of sale apply to any order placed by a private customer (non-professional) on the valune.ch store. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
3. Products
Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding. VALP Corp reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time without notice.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included. VALP Corp reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one shown at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Order
The order is confirmed once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarizing the order details is sent to the customer. VALP Corp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
The payment methods accepted on valune.ch are:
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Transactions are secured by the relevant providers. VALP Corp does not have access to the customer's raw banking data.
7. Delivery
Delivery is provided exclusively within Switzerland, via free standard shipping within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. A tracking email is sent as soon as the package is picked up. VALP Corp cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 60 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The product must be returned in its original, complete, and unused condition. Once the return is received and approved, the customer chooses between a full refund or store credit valid for 12 months.

9. Legal warranty
VALP Corp is bound by the legal warranty of conformity. Any defective product or one that does not match the order will be replaced or refunded, with return shipping costs covered by VALP Corp.
10. Liability
VALP Corp cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. VALP Corp's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
11. Data protection
Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available on valune.ch.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms of sale are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.
