Shipping policy

1. Delivery area
Valune delivers exclusively within Switzerland.

2. Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount.

3. Delivery times
Orders are shipped from our stock within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery then takes place within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Order tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number is sent to you as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier.

5. Damaged or lost package
If your package arrives damaged or does not reach you within the stated timeframe, contact us at contact@valune.ch with your order number. We handle resolving the issue with the carrier.
